Positive: Modern house, all appliances where state of the art, smell in the house, beds, mattresses, parking (always available spot), pillows, AC, utensils, overall modern atmosphere

Negative: A swimming pool would make the house excellent! If it was a little bit closer to the city of Ioannina, nothing else since at 99% it was excellent.
