Summary: The front desk was always well staff and right there to take care of you every need. When we did not have time for breakfast they got us coffee. Were ready with umbrellas when it was raining. Made sure we had taxis ready when we needed them. I just can't say enough. The room was lovely and clean. Also the location was great with many things nearby including trams. Very pleased with our stay.
