The House houses four exclusive apartments, and was originally designed by the famous Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen and was his private home. Still today it has kept the grandeur from the 1930s, and renovation has been done respectfully to preserve the original details.

The Apartment is very spacious with large rooms, high ceilings, old windows, wrought iron details and a fireplace which adds old charm to the first floor. The two stunning living rooms are looking directly into the garden and the central park. From there you access the big terrace to either relax, smoke or enjoy the amazing view.

A few minutes away, is Østerbrogade, which is a shopping street where buses, taxis and Østerbro station are located. Five minutes away are the beautiful lakes of Copenhagen which surround the center. There are also lots of cafes, restaurants and snack bars in the area. The center is easily reached by bus (5-10 minutes) or by feet (15-20 minutes).
