You’re only 15 minutes away from Manhattan! This cozy 3bedroom at the lower level of our townhouse is perfect for an affordable New York getaway. Only 15 minutes to Times Square with magnificent views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline from Boulevard East just steps away.
This townhouse has everything needed for your stay - bed, towels, sheets, washer & dryer, shower, hairdryer, cook ware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, Apple & Roku TV (free Netflix, HBO, Amazon and live channels), 32" flatscreen smart TVs, Business Class Verizon Fios 1GB high-speed Wi-Fi etc.) Great for conference calls and remote working.
Large private rooms with Egyptian Cotton sheets in a 3-bedroom unit at the lower level of our home. Two queen-size beds and a twin-size bed in total, perfect for a group of 4-5 people. Enjoy our Boulevard with gorgeous Manhattan skyline views!
Paid parking is available upon request. You are only 15 minutes away from New York City nightlife (24hr bus transportation available), steps away from great local restaurants, cafes and bars. Times Square shuttle/bus station is right in front of our house. It’s extremely convenient getting to Midtown Manhattan. Enjoy the gorgeous views from Boulevard East and stroll the North Bergen county park a few blocks away with beautiful NYC scenery.

Summary: Cannot fault the location of this property, it's in walking distance of an array of shops and restaurants, quiet neighbourhood, the bus that takes you into New York is less than a minute walk away with gorgeous views of Manhattan across the river. The house itself is lovely, had everything we needed for a week stay (microwave, coffee machine, hobs, towels, good wifi) and plenty of room for multiple adults to stay without being in each other's laps. Our main complaint was the noise, this is a basement level flat and you're at the mercy of whoever is renting the floor above, unfortunately for us a group of very loud tourists were staying at the same time, awake partying until the early hours of each morning and because of the thin walls/floors the noise levels were so unbearable that we could hardly sleep. There is also a large boiler in one of the bedrooms and another bedroom shares a wall with the utility area where the shared house laundry machines are, which people seemed to use even after midnight, so if you're a light sleeper, the noise from these is also a bit of an issue. It's also worth noting that the heating/air conditioning temperature controls appear to be somewhere on one of the other floors, so you can't control the temperature of your rooms. This meant we were at the mercy of those above us, who seemed to have the air conditioning blasting nonstop, leaving us shivering more often than not. Overall a nice place to stay if these few issues don't bother you!
