This home's very conveniently located in the south bay w walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is fully renovated with a feel of luxury. The house furniture is professionally designed to bring cheer, warm welcome, and comfort. A short drive to the beaches with a lot of activities. A short drive to Palos Verdes with amazing views and hiking trails. The house has a huge backyard for entertainment and relaxing enjoying outdoor. The space:
The house has a large living room with open kitchen concept. Living room has two couches with a 65 inches TV. A large dinning table with 8 chairs. The kitchen comes with an island. The house also has a sun room in the back with space for reading, foosball, and yoga mats. It has 3 bedrooms.
Airbnb is not allowing us to pin the correct address in the system but the property is located in Torrance City and it is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is also 8 minutes away to Redondo pier. Step away to all super market like Target, Ralphs, all restaurants and shopping mall.
Bedroom No 1: 2 full beds.
Bedroom No 2: queen bed
Bedroom No 3: Master suite the master suite has connected master bath with soaking tub and a shower.
In the back yard, there is an out door dining table. Multiple seating areas for enjoying outdoor living. We also set up basketball and corn hole game for entertainment. There is also a grill.
- 3 minutes walking to Target & Ralphs (supermarket)
- 5-7 minutes walking to Walmart and a lot of shopping store
- 8 minutes to Redondo beach
The house has two car garage entering from the side in the back of the house. There is a keypad to open garage door.
Guest access:
Guest has access to the whole house except the laundry room.
Other things to note:
- Please note this is a family neighborhood so please do not disturb or cause trouble with neighbors
- This house is actually in Torrance and is close to the beach.
- Please be careful not to move the basketball to other place. Basketball may fall to neighbor houses.
- The house is very close to the ocean so there is always ocean breeze, we do have mobile AC in case it gets too hot.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
