The Space:
Only footsteps away from being able to sink your toes into the golden sands of the stunning and pet friendly Werri Beach, you’ll be captivated by this seaside oasis as soon as you arrive. Right in front of the beach featuring crystal clear water, a natural lagoon, rock swimming pools, and kilometers of sand where you can swim, play and stroll to your hearts content. Werri Beach is the perfect place to spend the day, and this home is the perfect place to come wind-down after a day of relaxing or exploring.
When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find three bedrooms and a master suite, (1xKing, 2xQueens, 2xSingle beds), extra pillows and blankets, and plenty of storage for all your things. With three bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their daily routines with no need to rush.
For extra privacy one of the bathrooms and bedrooms with the 2 single beds (or can be made into King bed on request) are located outside the house at the rear. You can easily access these rooms from the side gate.
Two brightly lit living areas to enjoy spectacular landscapes surrounding the property, and if you want to experience the ocean breeze and the view at the same time, there are two spacious balconies. You’ll enjoy the peak of beach-front living with thoughtful Hamptons style décor flowing from every room of the building. With ducted air-conditioning downstairs for summer and heating for winter, you’ll be comfortable all year round. Open the screened windows upstairs and down in summer for delightful sea breezes and enjoy the seaside sounds. The front patio is comfortably furnished with lounges and is a beautiful spot to sip coffee as the sun rises before you. In the secluded rear yard is elevated outdoor dining and lower paved area – both lovely sunny spots for drinks or meals.
This home is outfitted with a fully-equipped kitchen—find all the essentials you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, dishes, knives, many appliances and cutlery. There is the additional bonus of a Large Weber BBQ grill for the Chef de Partie to test out their skills, and a Nespresso coffee maker for those who enjoy a brew or two.
For your convenience, this property has a washing machine, clothes line and a dryer.
- Fan remote in the main bedroom is kept in or on a bedside table
- The 4th bedroom with 2 single beds/King is located just outside the back door. It has a small bathroom/laundry next to it, so not in the same room. This room would be less suitable for small children but an ideal teen retreat.
- The internal wall in the main bedroom is open up in the vaulted ceilings so sound can travel in from the upstairs living room.
What you get up to during the day is totally up to you. Go hiking, kayak on the lagoon accessible from the end of Miller St (~150m), explore the local beaches, shops, cafés, and eateries. Just a short drive away is the Kiama lighthouse, where you’ll be able to watch nature show off at the largest blowhole in the world. Or for the adventurous, hop on the Kiama Walking Trail which starts a few 100m north of the house and follows the coastline to Kiama. Experience the passion of wine making and gourmet food at the Crooked River Winery or go to the charming historical town of Berry. This sweet little town has award-winning restaurants, boutique shopping and a wide range of activities on offer.

Werri Beach is iconic for its sprawling golden sands and smooth waves, so enjoy some laps in the rock pool or meet all the friendly pooches going for a swim. Being in the heart of Gerringong, there are plenty of things for tourists to explore, whether they’re craving action or relaxation. With vibrant delights and unique stores, you’ll find a contemporary range of fashion and shopping, an abundance of sweet cafes, and excellent restaurants offering seascape views. For art lovers, there are galleries and workshops, and there are plenty of wineries and a microbrewery to explore.
Getting Around:
For guests arriving by car, there is free parking on the premises as well as on the street. There is public transport available, though it is recommended guests use their own transport for their convenience.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved.
