The loving conversion of this former monastery has transformed Villa Gioconda into an extremely luxurious villa for 12, with 500 square meters of space indoors and 7,750 square meters outside, whilst still retaining elements of the former refectory and chapel. Situated close to the hamlet of Termini, the villa is immersed in nature yet just 10 km from Sorrento.
Prepare to be dazzled by the magnificent views of Punta Campanella, the tip of the peninsula, and Capri. Closer at hand, the pleasantly curving asymmetrical pool (15 x 7 m) is equally distracting and a wonderful spot to soak up the sun on decking and lawns looking out over the fruit and vegetable-yielding terraces and gentle hills around Massa Lubrense and over Capri.
Admire the views from private terraces on each floor, including a large furnished terrace on the second floor, a sea view terrace on the first floor where the former refectory has been transformed into a dining room with seating for 12, several balconies and cloisters with an antique well.
The villa has been re-structured into three apartments, each featuring the finest of materials, including ceramics from Vietri sul Mare, prestigious silks and exquisite antique furniture.

The monastery’s former refectory has been transformed into a dining room with space for 12 and a balcony that opens on to the terrace. A small cloister with trees and flowers has an antique well and steps up to the 2nd floor.
