Positive: The staff is very kind! The location is ideal! The facilities are perfect!
Negative: The Passions restaurant that is part of the resort. Everything went very slow . 3 out of 5 days it took them 40 minutes to bring the order... later on in the days they have dinner at the beach with reservations. They are preparing the tables for the dinner at 15:30. Literally in between the sunbeds of the people who are staying in the resort. Completely blocking the people to enter in the water. They come at 16 o'clock to tell you that they will remove the sunbeds. So basicaly chasing you from the beach.
