Just minutes NW of Downtown Murfreesboro, we are in a wonderful sought-after neighborhood resting at the end of a peacefully quiet cul-de-sac directly next-door to a 25-acre field. Take a walk through the quiet neighborhood roads. The neighborhood is all cul-de-sacs with one entrance, there is no through traffic and it's safe and peaceful.
There are enough parking spaces for three vehicles, two are available on The "RIGHT SIDE" of the private driveway (one behind the other), and the third on the street directly in front of the home. There is a Dollar General, Subway, and BP gas station within walking distance. There are local parks and the Stone River National Battlefield within a short drive as well as the Stones River Mall and popular Murfreesboro shopping and eateries only 7 minutes away.
This "IN OUR HOME" 2ND FLOOR APARTMENT, has one private bedroom with one queen size bed. PLUS you have another large spacious 2nd bedroom that has two queen size beds in it. All are new. The 2nd bedroom is just a few feet away and across the landing. All of your upstair amenities (living room, kitchenette, bathroom...) are ONLY for YOUR party. We ONLY rent to one party at a time. The Mackenzie can sleep six in three queen size beds.

In the apartment's living room you will have two extra-long baffled air mattresses with built in air pumps. The sofa IS NOT a sleeper. You have a total of four sleeping locations.
