Positive: We went out for breakfast as we prefer something hot. The property was well situated in the city .

Negative: There was no heat in the bathroom or the attached living room. There could have been an extra blanket available for the bed. It was an exceptionally cold weekend.

Summary: It was adequate for what we needed and the price was right.
