Positive: I would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Mohammed at the reception and his colleague for their excellent service and professionalism. The hotel has a beautiful view, spacious rooms, and very friendly staff. The location is not perfect, but it is easy to reach many places, and Nişantaşı is also within walking distance. The only issue was the housekeeping. The room was not cleaned properly, the bed was not made, and there were not enough tissues in the bathroom, which was quite disappointing. Other than that, everything was great. I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the beautiful view and the excellent service from Mohammed and his colleague. I would definitely visit again and hope the housekeeping service will be improved next time.
Negative: The housekeeping service was unfortunately not the best. Even after the bed was made, I would still find my hair left on the sheets. They also didn’t properly replenish the refreshments, ear cotton buds, or tissues in the bathroom. Having to ask for these basic items every day was quite frustrating. It’s a shame because this issue affected my overall review of an otherwise lovely hotel.
Summary: I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and I hope the housekeeping service will be better next time.
