Positive: Dotările apartamentului sunt de cea mai buna calitate. Totul este nou, impecabil. In fiecare camera inclusiv în bucătărie este cate un tv Smart. Ambele dormitoare au acces la cate un balcon. Scaunul de masaj din living este ceva extraordinar. In bucătărie găsești și ce nu știai că poți să ai nevoie, de la expresor, frigider, mașină de spălat, cuptor cu microunde, plita pe gaz și cuptor până la prăjitor de pâine, mixer și toate oalele pe care nici acasă nu le folosești. Noi am găsit dulapurile pline și cu zahar, sare, faina, paste, orez, ulei, oțet. Locația apartamentului este într-o clădire recent renovata. De la ferestre se vad atât Mureșul care curge chiar pe langa bloc, cat și o parte din oraș. Este aerisit și curat. Vecinii sunt agreabili. Parcarea este in spatele imobilului.
Negative: Nu pot spune că m-a deranjat, însă gara este in proximitatea clădirii iar noaptea, trenurile ar putea crea disconfort.
