Positive: Stayed there 2 other times this time was a lot different than last time
Negative: They give you 3 towels to last 1 week Face,wash and full size If you need more $20 euro a set of 3 if not wash towels yourself for a charge of $20 euro I spent over $6000 for 2weeks . one room not cleaned all week the other room cleaned 3 days after arrival never again . They want you throw your own garbage out in a pile in the parking lot like a garbage dump . Then someone comes around and puts all the garbage in large bags. Just give each rooms few garbage bags . No one on staff at night just in case of emergency. No lights on outside walkways at night .. They promote sound proof walls while for 4 nights couple next room have crazy sex screening loudly while kids are around. At this point we were aggravated and just wanted to leave . You book through booking .. Booking accepts your AMEX we get to hotel to find out Amex not accepted. Very upsetting maybe new management maybe new owners but this customer lost
