We’d like to show you the completely redecorated modern and exclusively furnished 3-star-holiday flat with 39 square metres. It offers a combined living- and bedroom, a balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with enough place for 2 persons.
The holiday flat offers a large Samsung LCD-TV with satellite television (80 transmitters) and a radio with CD-Player.
The sleeping area is equipped with a high comfortable double bed with reclining duckboards and a spacy wardrobe.
Furthermore the apartment has got a east balcony with view on green and trees. A balcony table and chairs are at your disposal.
Beside a cosy dinette with 4 chairs and a sideboard the holiday flat offers a separate new and modern fully equipped fitted kitchen. Most modern kitchen technology offers you a stove/oven with a Cerium parboiling field, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a toaster, a microwave oven and a coffee machine as well as an electric kettle.
The bright and yellow coloured bathroom is well-furnished with a bath tub with showering device, a hair dryer and a large cosmetic mirror.
In the separate entrance area there is a warderobe cabinet.

A washing machine and a laundry dryer are available for you in our house. The washer and the dryer can be activated with tokens. You get them at the office in the foyer for € 2,50 each.
Our special loundry service
At your arrival you find anything prepared: the beds are covered with bed linnen, enough towels are at your disposal and will be changed weekly. If you stay 3 weeks or more your bed linnen will changed free of charge!
Off-season
From 1st November to 1st March the off-season price is applies. All holiday flats in our house are reduced in this period by 10% of the main season price.
