This special apartment has a private doorman and security in the building, it is located on the first floor with windows and the entire house is exterior.
As we enter we find the hall with the laundry closet with a washer-dryer, and an entrance closet for whatever you want to place or store.
On the left, the double room, with two single beds, exterior with wonderful views and a wardrobe with a white exposed design. Near this room is a complete bathroom, with shower, toilet and mirrored furniture, completely designed. Further ahead, the living room, dining room, and American kitchen, with a sophisticated and elegant decoration.
The American kitchen stands out, spacious and with the best qualities. It has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and induction hob, a large storage space.
And finally the suite, with a bathroom, with a 1.50 bed with large closets for storage and a large bathroom with a shower and a full toilet.
The pool is used in June, July, August and closes on September 15 (access key is required, which we provide to guests).
