Positive: The apartment is very large, comfortable and well appointed in a good location. Probably not really the most child friendly, due to the height and worrying low balconies.
Negative: We had three power outages whilst we were there, one was due to a storm which was unavoidable and was of short duration. The second was due to a power surge tripping one of two fuse boxes which was not easy to find, so we had to call out an emergency electrician. The third was more serious and left us with no power the night before we were leaving to catch our early morning flight. This meant we had to pack all our belongings up in the dark and comfort three children under three years old. It was also accompanied by a strong smell of gas in the utility room and kitchen which meant we had to leave windows open all night and had very little sleep. We tried everything to get someone to come out, but as it was out of hours frustratingly and we did not succeed and ended being directed to another number and speaking to someone in Prague who was less than sympathetic and no help at all. It did make our last night very stressful and we ended leaving an expensive air pod there, because we couldn't find it in the dark and possibly other bits. It did seem very odd that there was no book of information about location of things like fuse boxes, emergency number information and general helpful hints about the property to make your stay more enjoyable. We literally had to pick the keys up from an office and return it with no real handover which we found very odd. We would not stay there again.
Summary: Nice large comfortable apartment, but not a property we would book again. Cambrils is lovely!
