It is on the first floor. An outdoor parking space belongs to the apartment. You will find a supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
The connection to the motorway (A60) is reached in two minutes. You can find a bus connection to the city center or Mainz main station directly on the street (lines 76, 61). The train station can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.
You have a dryer, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Double bed 180/200.

You enter the apartment via a hallway, in which there is a spacious mirrored wardrobe, as well as a large fridge / freezer, microwave. From there you have direct access to the small, brightly tiled, interior shower room. There is also a dryer and a washing machine available.
The living / sleeping area looks very spacious; the kitchen area is subtly separated by a double bed (180/200 cm).
The red kitchen is fully equipped and has u. a. about a dishwasher. Of course, all kitchen utensils are taken care of. A coffee machine and microwave are also available. You will find a small table with matching chairs for eating and working. In the living area, relax on a massager armchair. In the living area itself is u. a. a large flat screen television and a stereo.
From the living area you can access the balcony.
Bed linen, covers and towels are of course provided.
For professional reasons, check-in is possible from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m other check-in options are only possible by prior arrangement! Check-in is possible from 12:00 to 23:00 on Saturday and Sunday. After arriving in front of my apartment, I wait for a short message or call and in 10-15 minutes someone will come to greet the guests and show everything.
Electricity, water, heating is NOT paid extra, so I expect my guests to be responsible and sensible and to use heating, water and all electrical appliances as they would use them in their own four walls.
You can park in my parking space number 7, but there are also free parking spaces on our parking lot - from number 52 to 56
