The PALMERASOL agency has been appointed by the owner to deal with any problems or additional needs to ensure that your stay is as stress-free as possible. (repair, purchase, loan or replacement of damaged equipment or linen, etc.)
The house and its exterior are cleaned and disinfected between each stay, and an insecticide and pest control treatment is carried out annually to prevent crawling insects and small unwanted animals. However, it is impossible to prevent the wind or "cucarachas" (local insects) from bringing sand, dust or dying into the accommodation. Please note that these occasional and rare events will not give rise to a request for reimbursement or a change of address (except in the case of a proven mass invasion),
Please note: failure to hand over the keys to an employee of the agency on the day of departure and failure to check out will automatically result in the total loss of the deposit.
Transfer by bus from Alicante airport to Torrevieja bus station (approx. 15 euro return per person - tickets available on site, timetables on the internet).
