Positive: The location for being at the beach, however very far from downtown Valencia !
Negative: One of the beds was very old and very difficult to sleep. My back hurt all the time from it . The smell in the hallway was heavy from people cooking !Also outside very often was a very strong smell of sewage ! The elevator was not aligned with the floor and almost felt by tripping. The stove was not working and lost 2 hrs of our time until the host could clarify the problem. We authorized the repair department to come in and was told later that the stove was new and not plugged in! Well I would say the host should have verified all of this prior to our arrival. Due to this issue we had to replan our morning and lost 2 hrs of our time which is very precious when you stay for a short time. The host was responsive but very argumentative about our concerns. I believe the price we paid for this property was high taking in consideration of the above. Please consider to make changes to my bill ! Thank you
