It has 2 bedrooms with seating for 5 people (1 bedroom with double bed 140 with large closet, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 140 and 90 with large closet), a bathroom (bath), a separate toilet, a living room with U-shaped sofa and a kitchennette. All furniture, including garden furniture and bedding are new (2018). The kichennette is equipped with a hob, an SMEG boulloire, a dishwasher and microwave. Large fridge with new freezer. The sofa in the living room measures 2m x 3m x 1m and can accommodate an extra person for one night if needed (but it is not a sofa-bed).
You can enjoy the private terrace facing south, equipped with a set of garden lounge for 8 people and sun chairs, for lunch in the sun and enjoy the birds singing. The two bedrooms upstairs also have access to a private balcony to sunbathe in peace (sun chairs included).
