Summary: Très agréable séjour . Appartement lumineux , très fonctionnel . Beaucoup de rangements. Magasin alimentation au pied de l’immeuble , très bien situé , vue dégagée, dans vis à vis . Nous n’avons Pas réussi à joindre l’agence. Heureusement, l’arrivée et le départ ce sont bien passées. Pour l’arrivée , n’ayant pas eu l’idée de regarder mes mails en arrivant , nous n’avions pas eu l’info que l’appartement était ouvert. Heureusement, n’ayant pas d’autres choix , nous nous y sommes rendus quand nous n’avons pas trouvé les clés dans la boîte à clé . Avant nous avons essayé de joindre les numéros d’urgence, pas de réponse . La porte d’entrée du hall était ouverte , nous avons pu monter à l’appartement. La deuxième semaine la porte du hall était fermée, sans les clés impossible de rentrer. En résumé, nous comprenons qu’il s’agissait d’un souci de personnel. Arrivée à revoir si vous rencontrez des soucis de personnel , mais quelques points à améliorer : - préciser les code d’accès a l’escalier par le bas du bâtiment sinon il y a un risque d’être bloqué dehors ce qui est un problème pour une arrivée tardive . - Envoyer les infos plutôt par SMS que l’on peut voir directement sur notre téléphone sans avoir à penser à regarder nos mails car nous n’y pensons pas forcément quand nous venons de faire de la route. Pour info, C’est un voisin qui nous a donné le code d’accès par le bas quand un jour nous nous sommes retrouvés coincés dehors et nos enfants dedans avec les clés un autre voisin avait fermé la porte du hall du haut). Petite remarque, Dans le mail reçu , le numéro de hall n’était pas le bon.
