Architect's central residence is a modern apartment in the very centre of Ljubljana, with a beautiful view of the Ljubljana castle and the Golovec hill. A green park is located in front of the building.
The two-bedroom apartment was completely renovated in December 2018. In the first bedroom, there is a double bed and an extra bed (foldout sofa), while in the second bedroom there is a large double bed, a French window (small balcony) overlooking the park, a baby cot is also available. The kitchen and dining room are spacious and modern, well equipped for self-catering: a dishwasher, an oven, large fridge, a toaster, a water heater and a large dining table for six people are available. The floors in the whole dwelling is made of natural wood (parquet). The bathroom is also fully renovated. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and cable TV.
The building in which the apartment is was designed by one of the most famous Slovenian architects Edvard Ravnikar, his most important work is the complex Trg Revolucije together with the cultural and congress centre Cankarjev dom.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are all the key Ljubljana’s attractions: Tromostovje, Tržnica, Ljubljana Castle, museums, galleries, Cankarjev dom and Drama. For gourmets, there is a lot of excellent restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.
