Positive: Absolutely wonderful staff! Considerate, very polite, and always helping as much as they can. Their smiles never fade, even when it’s busy! The hotel was very beautiful and looked clean. The room was spacious and soundproof. I didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors at all. The cleaning was done thoroughly. Fortunately, there were no insects in the room or anywhere else in the hotel. The minibar was a really great addition! Breakfast was also a nice bonus. I am very happy that I chose this hotel for my vacation. I will definitely come back!
Negative: The downside is that the fitness area advertised on booking.com is in a very poor location. It is in the same small corner as the spa area. There is no air conditioning at all, so it was difficult to breathe, and it also became very hot because it was connected to the spa. These machines should really have a separate room. It’s impossible to train for long when you start sweating heavily after just a short while. The jacuzzi was not a jacuzzi with warm water at all. The water was very cold, which was also a downside. We went to the spa area once and did not return. The water should be warm in order to be enjoyable. The locker rooms should not have SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS. There is a camera in the changing room pointing at the lockers — why? Nowhere else in the world are there cameras in women’s or men’s locker rooms. There are already LOCKABLE lockers, so who could come there to steal anything? This was also a very bad issue, as in my opinion it violates privacy. I also didn’t immediately notice the warning sign, and I almost started undressing my swimsuit as usual — but luckily I didn’t, otherwise it would have been recorded on camera. This was bad. In addition, when I booked this hotel, it showed a sentence saying that if you have a special diet, you should inform the hotel staff. On the first day after arriving at the hotel, I told the staff that my husband and I do not eat pork. The staff said that there are many other foods to choose from. Then, the next day when I went to breakfast, almost half of the hot dishes included pork. When I mentioned this to one of the waiters, she said that they would arrange it for the next day so that we would get more alternatives without pork. But when I came the following day, another staff member said that it was not possible to arrange that.
