Positive: The house was well-preserted and clean. We were kept informed of when and how to collect the keys. The lock box was a bit fiddly but we managed it between 2 of us There was nowhere to put on the booking form that we needed 5 beds even though there was 5 of us. I contacted the owner and they quickly came round to sort out some more bedding for us. Reasonably close to bus-stops for our journey into the city centre. The buses were very frequent too.
Negative: The house could do with a blind in the bathroom. Opaque glass is fine in daylight but when the light is put on at night it becomes see through no matter how good the glass. We were hoping to go out for brunch but it is quite a walk to cafes and restaurants from the property. As a property which could sleep up to 5 people, it was disappointing to only have 4 chairs in the dining room and sets of 4 plates in the kitchen. Luckily there were 2 different sets so we could mix and match.
Summary: Comfortable house and useful to have parking.
