Relax and unwind at Arrows Landing! Take in gorgeous Lake Murray views while enjoying the sunshine. Just steps from the water, this lakefront home is the perfect getaway. Located in a quiet neighborhood, Arrows Landing sits in a cozy cove, just off of big water. All new furniture and accessories for Summer 2024!! Whether you love to fish, kayak, watch wildlife, or swim, Arrows Landing on Lake Murray is the perfect vacation spot.
The large screened-in porch has plenty of seating for your group to chat, read a book, have a meal, or play a game. Additional backyard amenities include a grill, kayaks, a porch swing and a fire pit. The private dock has room for you to park your own boat. (The boat lift is not available for guest use.) The dock is also a great place to dip your toes in the water or see who can make the biggest splash when jumping into the lake!
Arrows Landing sleeps 10 and is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home. The Master bedroom and the guest room both have king size beds. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and a twin size trundle bed. Bedroom #4 is on the lower-level and has a twin-size bunk bed. Bathrooms #1 and #2 have shower/tub combos and are located on the main floor. The lower-level half bath is steps away from the bunk room. The lower-level sectional has a double-size sleeper bed. Linens, bedding, towels, hand soaps, and starter rolls of toilet paper are provided for your stay.
The main-level living room and the lower-level family room both offer large smart TVs. Our high-speed internet will let you stream from your own accounts. Main-level living room offers beverage fridge and a cabinet of family-friendly games.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, rice cooker, coffee maker (drip coffee pot and k-cup compatible), plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, cutting boards, pots and pans and more. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, dishcloths, dish towels, hand soap, and starter roll of paper towels are provided also.
Arrows Landing offers off-street parking on the private driveway with carport. This is a quiet neighborhood and out of respect for the other homeowners, no parties or events are permitted.
This property offers self-check-in and self-checkout. Check-in directions will be sent to you the day before check-in. Property quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. Sorry, no pets. No smoking.
Guest access includes main house, dock, porches and one outdoor closet (lower level of house, on back porch). Boat lift is not included in rental. Onsite shed, one owner’s outdoor closet (lower level, back porch), one owner’s cabinet (main level, living room 1), and crawl space are for owner use only and not accessible to guests.
• The fireplace is pretty to look at, but it is not for use.
• Booking guest must be a minimum of 25 years of age and accompany any/all people on property for the duration of the stay.
• Arrows Landing is located directly on the water. Please note, there is no life guard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk. Do not allow children to swim unattended. For your safety, guests must wear life jackets when using the kayaks. There is a supply of life jackets on-site. While we try to keep a variety of sizes at the house, we may not have the sizes or number that fit your needs. Guests are ultimately responsible for providing their own life jackets.
