This is a spacious downstairs apartment in a Victorian duplex. At the edge of the Historic District and within walking distance of busy downtown and the Castle St. Arts and Antiques blocks. Both bedrooms feature queen beds. Very high ceilings make for good headroom. Updated kitchen and bath, small combo washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of on street parking as there is a tennis court across the street. Public pool one block south as well. Fully furnished with linens, towels, kitchen supplies. Wifi, basic cable, and all utilities are included. We will consider all pets on a case by case basis. Yard is not fully fenced at one side of the house. Cats are welcome...
