This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with stunning views is just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 10 minutes from Black Mountain. The entire house is yours to enjoy and can sleep up to 10 people.

With natural wood detailing and a sleek aesthetic, this home is designed to provide the ultimate in relaxation and tranquility. Wake up to the stunning views of the Swannanoa Valley as you sip on a fresh cup of coffee on the deck, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
✨ The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a Ninja coffee maker, gas stove, extra-large smart refrigerator, and dishwasher, is the perfect place to create delicious meals for your family. Enjoy breakfast at the island bar or in the sun-drenched dining area. The main floor living area, with its vaulted ceilings and numerous windows, allows for plenty of natural light and breathtaking views.
✨ Relax in comfort with ceiling fans throughout the home and beautiful hardwood floors accentuated by area rugs. Sink into the comfortable couches, soft pillows, and cozy blankets in the main and lower floor living areas, where you can enjoy the indoor fireplaces and streaming services on 75” and 65” 4K smart TVs. Wifi is available for your convenience as well.
✨ Retreat to one of the bedrooms for a good night's sleep, each with views of the woods and fully stocked with extra towels and linens. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, perfect for a cozy Sunday brunch, and the master bath is a luxurious mix of stone, tile, and granite featuring an open shower design with ceiling and wall sprayers, and a large soaking tub lit by miniature lights above. And there is plenty of closet space for your stay. The guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and bathrooms are equally as inviting.
