The villa has spacious and bright living areas with large glass sliding doors towards the pool and outside dining area. The walls, tinted in bright colours, provide a happy Mediterranean holiday feeling. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, a spacious living room with satellite TV, dining room seating for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and heating in all rooms. All this is spread over one floor. The garden-pool area offers spectacular sea views, a large pool 10m x 5m, gardens of over 1000 m², multiple terraces, green lawns, barbecue, outdoor furniture with tables and chairs, comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas.

Summary: Everything was almost perfect and I'll definetly reccomend to stay in this property. Few minor issues:1. Lizards on patio walls in evenings (but that's Mallorca).2. No container for waste.3. Air conditioner would be helpful as it's really hot in summer and fans are not quite enough.4. Cleaners arrived too early and started to clean before we left.
