THE HOUSE

THE MAIN HOUSE’s open-concept living/dining/kitchen area has lots of space for eating, lounging, cooking, laughing, watching a movie on the flat-screen TV, and planning your Austin itinerary. Stained concrete floors, sleek modern furnishings, designer finishes, and unique art make this house a contemporary gem.
In the galley-style kitchen, you’ll find all major appliances, cabinets fully stocked with culinary necessities, and tons of counter space for making a big meal.
THE STUDIO APARTMENT above the garage is completely detached from the main house, yet easy access through the backyard. It features its own kitchen/dining area, and a studio living/bedroom area with a queen bed, sofa beds, a flat-screen TV and a full bath.

Combined with beds and sofa bed, everybody in your group will have a comfortable spot to crash. We have prepared plenty of beddings, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and pool towels for everybody.
