Positive: Location excellent and although it is next to a (very good by the way) mexican restaurant, it was quiet. Very clear information about where and how to pick up the keys and get in. Stunning sea views. The apartment was airy and immaculately clean with plenty of space in the lounge and on the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pre-arrival information about the type of coffee machine for capsules was much appreciated. There is also detailed information about which recycling goes where and there are bins at the side of the building which is very practical. There is a wonderfully comfortable boxbed in the bedroom. The Lift is also always a plus for me! There is on-site parking and it is a short stroll to the marina and the town, numerous seaside restaurants and to the ferry pickup spot. The apartment has numerous Bodensee travel guides which was very helpful. We will definitely go back!
Negative: The parking is very tight and you need to reverse in, but once we wortked it out it was easy. The road is a bit noisy but the apartment is airy so no need to sleep with the windows open and with them closed there was absolutely no problem. There are no cleaning materials in the apartment and I usually like to clean up a bit before I leave but that is a detail.
