Beautiful & remodeled! Everything is new! This property located in Lakeside AZ and is cozy and modern. Come enjoy The Outdoors by sitting on the porch swing, or cozy up inside in the sectional chase with a good book. Outdoor kitchen, private pond, private hot tub, trampoline, hammocks and lots of fruit trees. Please note that if any guests are under 10 years old, we will ask you to sign a waiver after booking. Please note that Pond is not fenced off.
Shopping, dining, lakes, hiking and so much more are just minutes away.

The Space:
The cabin has 2 larger bedrooms (one w/ King and one w/ Queen) and a small bedroom with a bunk bed downstairs with a Full size and Twin (3 bedrooms downstairs). Upstairs it has a loft with 8 twin beds (this is considered the 4th bedroom), it has a door and lots of room for the kids. Come enjoy sitting out in the porch swing, and hear the birds and the sound of the soothing wind calm you soul. The outdoor space has tall wild grass and open forest (please inquire about the hammocks and zero gravity chairs you can use).
Guest Access:
Easy check-in and check-out access with lockbox. You'll have access to the entire place. The Cabin has everything you need. There is an owner's closet under the stairs, please don't use/open.
Other Things to Note:
There is another cabin in the acre behind us, please respect the neighbors. Do not use or enter the storage sheds. This cabin has an pond with no fence, no kids under 10 years old allowed.
The property is close to shopping, art and culture, parks, hiking trails, restaurants, it's in the middle of town close to everything, but just a short 35 minute drive away to Sunrise Ski Resort and much more.. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space... Property has just what you need, and it's easy to get to. Sit on the swing by the porch, and enjoy the great outdoors! Quiet but very accessible to get to.

Summary: We were a bit disappointed as the photos didn’t look like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was a little rough with cabinets that didn’t close & the dishwasher inoperable. The kitchen sink sprayed water all over the counter even on a trickle. The shower heads in both bathrooms had two modes, no pressure or spraying out in a straight heavy stream. The hot tub outside was drained and filled with leaves but was advertised multiple times in the listing. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extras. You could tell that renovations had been made, just poorly done. A handful of the blinds were missing the stick used to open them, and if you pulled them up by the string, they were impossible to get down again. Overall, could use a fresh coat of paint over the scuffs on the walls and the crack in the kitchen ceiling.
