Summary: Stayed here previously when it was Sonesta and it was fine. New owners under brand name Avia have really cut back on amenities and service. Office is open only a few hours each day. If you have to leave before 9AM and return after 5PM you are out of luck. One small bar of soap, one roll of toilet paper, no hangers in the closet, one skimpy set of towels for two people staying for 8 days. Must have been a private equity deal. Not coming back.
