The covered terrace has an outdoor kitchen and a large dining table right next to it. After your daily meals, you can head to the lounge area and enjoy an afternoon coffee. The connection between outside and inside is particularly emphasized in this villa by many glass walls, which allow a direct exit/view of the surroundings and let in a lot of light. The covered terrace offers direct access to the open spaces of the living room, kitchen and dining room. A neutral, modern design spreads throughout the space and a special detail is the marble-clad fireplace in the living room, which creates a special atmosphere. In Rovinj, you will be amazed by the colorful houses and the Church of St. Euphemia at the top of the old town. Visit numerous sights in Pula and, if you can, be sure to attend a concert in the Pula Arena. In the inner part of Istria you will find many taverns and restaurants with Istrian delicacies, and there are also numerous wineries where you can taste local wines.
