Positive: We chose S'Ispera for an authentic experience of life in a small Sardinian village and were not disappointed. Luisa hosts a beautifully renovated room, providing every comfort imaginable, but still retaining the charm of yesteryear. We asked her to cook both nights and the food was really delicious, and plentiful, as were the sumptuous breakfasts that appeared on our table each morning.
