Summary: Lovely hotel, free parking, decent breakfast, big rooms, on the bus route to the centre of Modena, but it is also walkable (c. 1.2 km). Would definitely stay here again, perfect place for visiting the various car museums in the area with a rental car due to the free parking. The price was good, the room was clean. The air con doesn't work until 15th April, which wasn't ideal, and we had a slight issue with the shower, but I would have no issues staying here again.
