The second floor is home to two well-appointed bedrooms: one with a single queen bed and another with two queen beds, each boasting their own full bathrooms. Additionally, a quaint sleeping nook with a twin bed provides extra sleeping space. The property also includes a convenient first-floor powder bathroom and an innovative cabana with an "outside" shower, enriching the beachside experience.

- Cabana is closed up and beachside seating is put away or not available during Columbus Day to Memorial Day. Only the chairs by the fire pit, two chairs outside the back door and two chairs on the front (bay side) porch are left out year round.
