Positive: The location is perfect - simply perfect. We had enough room for a large family. The host was very very friendly and really made us feel welcome as we arrived.
Negative: There is no kitchen but on the flip side it meant we didn't have to cook. But with a large family it's something you should be aware of - washing cups & plates in bathroom sink isn't that comfortable.
Summary: Wonderful location, charming house with garden and lovely host
