Our apartment in Cape View Resort is located right on the beach in Broadwater, Busselton. Quiet and relaxing, it is 5 minutes from town, with its many shops and restaurants, as well as the Busselton Jetty. Guests have complete access to the outdoor pool and spa as well as the gym and playground. It's the perfect place to take in the beauty of our coastline and to explore the Margaret River region!
Our downstairs apartment is located right on the beach with direct access to the cycle path, which takes you to Busselton town, where you will find many shops and restaurants. There is communal use of the outdoor pool and hot tub, indoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna, gym and playground. There are shared outdoor barbeques for you to use as well. The Margaret River wine region is located only a 30 min drive from the apartment.
Inside, the dining area seats 6 and kitchen is appointed with: kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, salt/pepper, olive oil and soy sauce. There is a microwave, oven and cooktop. Breakfast is not supplied.
There is heating/airconditioning throughout the main living area. Hotel quality linen and bath towels are provided; please bring your own swimming towels for the beach. A highchair is available upon request.
A washing machine, dryer and laundry sink are located in the bathroom. The iron and ironing board also live here.
The outdoor patio is accessible from the main living area as well as from the master bedroom. This is a large, comfortable space with outdoor setting overlooking a lush garden.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom attached. The second bedroom contains two single beds.
There are two parking bays allocated to the apartment for guest use.
