Fantastic 2 bedroom ground floor duplex apartment, just 65 metres from the beach.
The complex favours from an elevated position offering breathtaking ocean views.
The apartment is extremely well furnished, bright and presents generous areas throughout. The large balcony on the top floor is excellent for entertaining and enjoying the sunshine. The other patio of the property can be accessed from the lounge and kitchen and has direct access to the pool.
The lounge is airy and comfortably equipped with pleasant seating, cable TV, free Wi-Fi and DVD player with a large variety of DVDs to watch.
There are 2 bedrooms, one has a super king-sized bed and the other has twin beds. Bothe benefit from access to a balcony with amazing sea views. There is a double sofa-bed in the lounge, which allows the property to accommodate up to 6 guests in all comfort.
There is a full bathroom with bath and shower over and a WC room.
On arrival, the property managers will provide bracelets for access to the pool.
The property benefits of a garage with a private space for your car. Please note that the space is tight and larger cars may be hard to fit in. There is free parking space outside the complex as an alternative.

Summary: Beautiful view and very clean. However, 2 things should definitely be made clear to future potential guests. This is NOT an accessible property for those with mobility limitations. It says there is parking and a garage, but that should absolutely be removed. There exists a garage, but you cannot place your car in it. So, you must park on the street and then carry your luggage, down a steep driveway, past a gate, down a steep set of approximately 10 steps, then down more steps, down more steps, then up a few steps, then you will find your door on the rear side of the building. It is quite a lot with luggage. Doable for a backpacker who is agile. The staff were highly warm and friendly upon check in at the office. However, we selected this unit for the washer/dryer, which we discovered needed servicing. We had to constantly open and close the door for the unit to continue its wash cycle and we had to just hang the clothes to dry. We called after hours help, they came, but not offered any solution to the laundry other than to locate a laundromat.
