Located in the exclusive cliffs at Bay harbor private gated development, this condo is equipped with everything you need for the best northern Michigan vacation. Located just minutes from downtown Petoskey and about 1/2 a mile walk from the village of Bay harbor. This spectacular condo is located at the top floor of the building which provides panoramic views out over Lake MI and Little Traverse Bay. Home consists of 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms as well as open concept kitchen living and dining room. There is a second living room located on the top floor. The home has a one car garage and parking for one additional vehicle outside the garage door. Renters do have access to the cliffs at Bay harbor association indoor pool. The cliffs at Bay harbor association has rental restrictions and because of this the calendar on VRBO may not necessarily reflect true availability. Please contact rental manager for availability details. Generally rentals must be 30 days in the summer months.
