Home is a very clean, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch that is a short drive Wrightsville Beach (7.5 miles), Topsail Island (11 miles) and Downtown Wilmington (9 miles). The house is close to many restaurants, breweries and shopping. Nested in a quiet friendly neighborhood right off of Hwy 17 in the Ogden/Porters Neck area of Wilmington. Enjoy all the fun, history and entertainment this lovely city of Wilmington has to offer here!
