This amazing modern holiday home is located in a quiet street in Newhaven; walking distance to the shops, the foreshore, the beach and cafes and is decorated well to suit any holiday goer.
One of Phillip Island’s finest builders put years of experience and skill into designing and building this fantastic property for their own home. It has been designed to capture the properties big frontage to the foreshore reserve ensuring that the master bedroom and the two main living areas, take full advantage of the sweeping bay views.
The home caters for eleven guests and features two living areas at the front with a smart TV and at the back of the home, there is a third living/entertaining room with a large plasma TV, speakers, DVD player and a billiard table, a modern timber kitchen with stone bench tops, dishwasher, fridge and microwave, four bedrooms, en-suite, family bathroom, a powder room, laundry and two outdoor entertaining areas. A great area for entertaining guests and enjoying a summers night on the balcony The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with Queen bed, en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, bedroom two has a Queen bed with walk in wardrobe, bedroom three has a Queen bed and bedroom four has a single bunk and another bunk bed consisting of a double bed and single bed. This family home is fully fenced at the back, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, and wood heater.

With plenty to keep you occupied, the choice is yours – cast a line and catch the family dinner or watch native birds in the wetlands, go for a swim, explore historic Churchill Island, or set sail in Western Port Bay and enjoy the nearby cafes, restaurants, shops and hotels in Newhaven and San Remo.

Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own or if you would like to hire linen please let Dianne the holiday rental manager and this is invoiced separately for payment.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated.
