This house sized duplex is set amongst quality homes in the desirable Maroochy Waters estate with amazing views from nearly every room in the house.
We are in a residential area so strictly NO PARTIES.
YOU ARE ALSO ABLE TO BRING YOUR PET ON HOLIDAY AT NO EXTRA COST! Your fur baby is very welcome inside but not on beds or furniture , please bring your own doggie bedding.
We have a doggie door fitted that leads into a fully fenced garden area.
Bring your boat / tinny or borrow our kayaks and life jackets and with the canal at your back garden you are able to enjoy all water activities or just sit , relax and watch from the undercover patio area
There is a boat ramp with electric winch from the triple garage straight into the canal, which leads directly into the Maroochy River and Coral sea.
Beautiful broadwater views can be enjoyed from the entertainment area
complete with barbecue . There is also a fire pit in the back garden …if you wish to use it please make sure children and pets are supervised .
Close to the beaches of Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba with its ever popular cafe strip.
Within walking distance or a short drive to Sunshine Plaza or Cotton Tree which is popular for dining, markets and Maroochydore beach.
Although we charge a one off cleaning fee...There is NO CHARGE for use of kayaks ,, linen and towels, wifi and complimentary tea, sugar, coffee, soy milk , juice and biscuits! No extra charges for pets.
We are vegan friendly so no leather couches, feather pillows or quilts.
This is self catering holiday .
