Positive: Really enjoyed the location. Easy walk to beach. Having a key to the door instead of a keypad was a plus. Great neighborhood to walk around. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of seating and the jetted tub in the master bath was used daily. Plenty of chairs on the back deck and a couple of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Can walk to the restaurant (Hideaway) and the food was very good.
Negative: The landscape in the front needs trimmed back from the walkway and the parking pad. The kitchen floor needs replaced, and it could just use some TLC. My husband said if they would let us use it again for free or less money, he would paint it and do some other things to improve it.
Summary: Great place to stay.
