The house is on top of a grove of eucalyptus trees and has a large outdoor area with gardens, terraces with hammocks, parking area for up to four cars, outdoor covered table and pool overlooking Barequeçaba beach. It has three bedrooms, two with 4 beds and one with a double bed. Cot available if required. Rooms have ceiling fans. The house has two bathrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and a laundry area with washing machine. The housekeeper of the property is available for any emergency or need of support (swimming pool, burned out lamps, etc). The home can be hired for the desired services by negotiating directly with it. The beach has calm waters and is not a tumble, ideal for families with children and people of advanced age. It is next to Guaecá, a white sand beach and waves, and is 05 km from the center of São Sebastião, from where the ferry departs to Ilha Bela.
