The lovely villa is located on beautiful picturesque Lapad bay where many beaches, restaurants, bars and cafes are within an easy reach. The house offers very spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, and a very large terrace. The amenities include air conditioning, wireless internet, televisions, washing machines, etc. It contains four comfortable apartments. An each apartment has its own private entrance.
It is a very airy, spacious house with lots of light and it is located in a very peaceful area away from the city noise.
This beach house is suitable for people who have restricted mobility because there are no steps and it is very easy accessible.
The house has a great location because it is only footsteps from the beaches, restaurants, shopping centres, bus stations, etc. It takes only 5 minutes of walking distance to get from the villa to the nearest beach. There are 4 beaches located very close to the property ( near popular beach Sunset in Lapad area of Dubrovnik). There is an excellent restaurant only 30 meters from the villa. The bus station is located only 2 minutes of walking distance from the villa. It takes only 5 minutes by the direct bus to get to the Old town from the villa ( the buses are going constantly and the daily ticket is quite cheap -3 EUR per person in all the local buses which is valid during the entire day as well as the taxi is quite cheap).
