Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is excellent. Tybee Rental office employee was very nice.

Negative: Cleaning and upkeep was not good. Dirty fans, dirty dishes, bed linens were thread bare and not the right size for the bed. Broken bathroom tiles and toilet paper holder. Exhaust fans in bathrooms didn't work. Floors looked clean but feet and socks turned black after walking through out. Blinds were broken and the couch had an odor. The dining chairs were unsafe and one came apart while sitting in it. They had been glued several times when checked. New pots and pans are needed also.

Summary: Good location, very nice rental company, poor up
