Step into Beach Retreat and get brought back to the 1970s Vintage Nags Head. Small 2 Bedroom Bungalow with updated kitchen, fresh white cabinets and butcher block countertops. New floors and ceiling. New light fixtures and New Stainless Steel Appliances Fridge w/ Ice maker. The Master Bedroom is Oceanfront with new furniture. Complete Tranquility listening to the Ocean from the back porch and Master Bedroom. The back porch also features a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water and bench. The back porch and walkway is pet friendly with dog gates. The front bedroom has a full and bunk beds. The bathroom is situated in the middle with updated Porcelain tile and new toilet. All fresh paint throughout. Cottage is clean well maintained.

Cottage includes: Sheets and bath towels, kitchen cloth and wash cloth. Mr. Coffee and keurig, blankets, comforters, pillows, and dishware. Housekeeping will leave 1 roll of TP for emergencies.

Summary: Perfect location. Great accommodations for us. Very disappointed with the housekeeping. The floor was sandy and there was pet hair in many places. I swept the floor with a broom and ran the vacuum. I could not believe how much debris I picked up. Both coffee makers were badly in need of cleaning. Especially the Keurig. The cottage was very welcoming in size and comfort. The back porch was terrific. It had an excellent view of the beach and the ocean. The short walk to the beach gives the feel of a private location.
