Surf beaches and YCW Beach is at the end of the street and the seasonally patrolled Smiths Beach is the next beach along.

Upstairs is the main living area which is open plan, sunny and spacious with large windows looking out to the deck. There is a wall mounted flat screen tv and dvd player, a sofa and three leather recliners, split system heating and cooling, a central dining table and doors that open onto the large deck.

The kitchen is fully self contained with fridge, electric hotplates and oven as well as a convection microwave, there are lots of salad bowls and platters perfect for alfresco dining. The deck has a gas bbq and is a great spot for summer bbqs.

There are two bedrooms upstairs and the family bathroom, the bathroom is combined with the laundry that includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Downstairs there is a whole separate games room with a sofa, table tennis and other assorted games and beach toys. There is also a small sitting area with tv and kitchenette and the third bedroom with ensuite *Please note there is only an external staircase between the two levels.

The garden is fully fenced and there is ample off street parking. This is a great holiday home for a family with older teenagers or grandparents that require a second living space.
