Swim, surf or play at one of the best surf beaches on the Sunshine Coast or walk along the Wurtulla beach (400 meters) to Currimundi Lake for fishing, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding, playground, and cafes.
Spacious open plan house with 3 entertainment areas, large decks with in-ground pool and balconies overlooking the nature reserve.
Beach front with direct beach access from your back gate. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area opens up to a large outdoor entertainment area with in ground pool. Media room downstairs and additional entertainment area upstairs. Massive master bedrooms with queen size beds, walk in robes and ensuite bathrooms. All upstairs rooms open onto the large balcony with bush views. Ping-pong table and trampoline. All bed linen & one towel per guest included.
Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Absolutely great to relax. 10 minutes drive to Mooloolaba and Caloundra, 20 minutes drive to Maroochydore and Australia Zoo, and 40 minutes drive to Noosa.
